Our Story

Launched in July of 2013, Oztatt Skincare was in development for two years researching the effects of various products on tattooed skin. Founder Marc Romanella abandoned his 20 year ‘Corporate Career’ to pursue his passion for the preservation of beautifully INK’d skin… working alongside qualified Australian chemists, naturopaths, cosmetologists and tattoo artists alike to create a formula which not only healed the skin, but also promoted the richness and vibrancy of the ink within the dermis for years to come. The Original 'Healing Ointment' is the culmination of this research and countless formulations which were studied, analysed and fine tuned to create what it is today.
